When you subscribe to receive The Flow Decoder or join the inner circle, you provide your email address. We use this to:

  • Deliver the requested content (The Flow Decoder workbook)
  • Send occasional updates, new journal posts, and early access to future releases

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party for their marketing purposes.

Analytics data

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site — pages visited, time on page, and general geographic region. This helps us understand which content is useful and improve the site.

Email subscriber data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. On unsubscribing, your data is deleted from our email platform within 30 days. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the minimum configurable period in GA4).
